The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Frontend Engineer/Lead to join our fintech product-based company remotely. The Frontend (React) Lead will be responsible for leading the development of our web-based financial products using React technology. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications, working with RESTful APIs, and leading a team of developers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web-based financial products using React technology.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend development.
• Lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure development standards and best practices are maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and apply them to products.
• Troubleshoot issues and debug software defects to provide effective technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in frontend web development using React technology
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
