The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead to join our fintech company. The Angular Lead will be responsible for leading the development of our web-based financial products using Angular technology. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications, working with RESTful APIs, and leading a team of developers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of web-based financial products using Angular technology
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support the frontend development
- Lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are being followed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and apply them to our products
- Troubleshoot issues and debug software defects to provide solutions to technical problems
- Work closely and collaboratively with other global teams on milestones and strategic needs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in frontend web development using Angular technology
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
